| Our Philosophy |
|
It is our philosophy that often it is more
important to know when to sue and when not to sue, than blindly
proceeding without having properly assessed chances of successfully
collecting upon the judgment. After all why spend good money after
bad! For that reason, we ensure the client has all the information
necessary to make an informed and prudent decision as to whether to
sue and how far to go with an action.
