Our online fee is $575.00* (plus all normal disbursements and taxes) for residential transactions of $250,000.00 or less. We give
a written estimate of all fees and disbursements upfront. There are no surprises when it comes to fees and disbursements.

We take a practical problem solving approach while always looking out for our client's best interests. We do not represent both sides in a transaction. We do not believe it is professional.

Because we are TeraNet subscribers we are able to electronically register your deed or mortgage in all Teranet served areas (most of Ontario) without the need for you to attend at our office to sign documents, if your personal attendance is not possible.
